Application and recruiter screen

The screening interview is a great opportunity to set yourself apart from other candidates and impress the interviewer. We want to learn about you through a casual conversation.

First round interview

We are looking for a quick elevator pitch of who you are, how you would fit into our culture, and what qualifies you for the position. If you can demonstrate a natural fit, then you are well on your way to locking up a second interview.

03.

Task or challenge

Time to evaluate specific aspects of your abilities in an objective and measurable way. Whether it’s completing a technical test, preparing a presentation, or engaging in a role play, our goal is to hire the best people for the job and our team.

04.

Final interview and offer

Are we a good match? Once you have met the team, we assess whether you will fit in with the company’s culture and finalise your job acceptance criteria.
